The RangerXpress ballot initiative will take a 4/10 of 1 cent, sales tax -- over 30 years. Combined with hauling short-line freight, this system would not need an operational subsidy.

Indeed, this ballot initiative sounds too good to be true. However, unlike 3 am television commercials for hair restoration and "certain male issues", this is the real deal.
